Board Rules

  1. Registration
    To join our community you must register with valid email address Upon registration you accept the board rules.
  2. Keys, Mosc, Warez
    The posting of any kind of keys is prohibited within this board. We do NOT support any kind of keys in this forum and only support and discuss the hardware and its corresponding firmware images. Key support may take place in kind of boards. The original and other card's offering, searching and swapping is prohibited and not allowed. Keys from other encryption systems have to be kept off this forum as well. Our forum is no place for crackz, warez, serialz, mp3z, moviez and so on. Any kind of posts containing these topics will be deleted without any advance notice after administrator's or moderator's detection or after a user's hint. Furthermore posting of such content may lead to the permanent closing of the author's account. Plus, the posting of any racist, pornographic, inhuman, insulting, immoral or related content or copyrighted material is strictly forbidden and not only lead to the immediate post's deletion, but also to a possible deletion of the user's account.
  3. To be fair with each other
    As a member of this forum we ask you to be tolerant and fair with other members. Show some respect to articles of other discussion members and do not leave personal attacks of any kind, whatsoever. It is important for us that there is a relaxed, friendly environment in our forum. Insults, in any kind are not allowed on our board.
  4. Postings and Content
    Don't create double posts with same content. Please use the search function before you open a new thread. First read before creation of a post. Don't write begging posts, they'll be deleted immediately. Please be patient, if you get no answer within a short time - do not forget. its our hobby. There is no right to link to other pages. The Team checks and decides, if the link is ok or not if not, it will be removed. If you create a link, you're responsible for the content of the linked site. If the content changes, or legal issues come up you have to inform the team immediately. Advertisement for third party websites is not allowed. You're allowed to create a link to your own website in your signature. We don't take over any responsibility about the content; accuracy and layout of created posts. The forum vuplus-support.org focuses VU+ settopboxes (STBs). Politics or religious matters are not tolerated here and will therefore be deleted with no further comments. Topics or posts which only are intended to cause confusion, can be deleted or closed with no further comments. The team, and only the team,is obliged and entitled to rate the comments in the above-mentioned category (mods, Vuplus team and admins). The same applies to topics or posts which are not focused on the subject matter of VU+ settopboxes.
  5. Private Messages (PM)
    PMs are for private use only and not for support requests. Don't ask for answering your questions in a thread via PN.
  6. VIP Status
    Please do not ask for it, only the team members decide about it. An user will be given VIP status in case of:
    • good cooperation or the average posting rate is higher than usual
    • after her of his posts and their content will be above the board's average rate.
    • when another VIP user's suggestion
    • when a super moderator's or moderator's suggestion
    • when an administrator's suggestion.
    We also keep the right to remove one's VIP status after:
    • user's long absence or numerous negative posts.
  7. Internet Cardsharing
    Postings about Internet Cardsharing are not allowed and will be deleted immediately without warning. Members who do this will be deleted and banned.
  8. PAY TV WITHOUT A VALID SUBSCRIPTION IS ILLEGAL
    Postings about illegal PAY-TV reception are not allowed and will be deleted immediately without warning. Members who do this will be deleted and banned.
  9. Advertising
    The advertising on the board is reserved for the board sponsors through banners. Advertising within threads, userprofil or within signatures can be edited by the team and / or deleted. Please follow those rules
  10. Content
    The entire contents , including text and images are copyright © under .www.vuplus-support.org. If you copy things from our board please always name the source where you get it.
  11. Linking
    Links to both foreign boards and shops are not tolerated. They will consequently be deleted by the team without any prior warning. Links to Ihad, HM-Sat Shop and Satco Europe are allowed, as well as OpenStore.
  12. Duties and Olbigations of visitors/members
    The visitor/member is personally responsible for all published content. Each visitor is obliged not to abuse the platform/forum in any way, specifically not using the platform for:
    • spreading defamatory/falsified content or material that is abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing or racist; Appropriate references to third-party ("hotlinks") are also prohibited and shall entitle the Vu + Team to block / deletion of the content.
    • uploading data containing a virus (infected software) or violation of the above-mentioned definitions.
    • negatively affecting the availabilty of offers from other members.
  13. Deleteing of an Account
    Should a member express the wish to delete his/her account, he/she is asked to write a message to a team member. One of the admins will subsequently delete the account. If a user is locked or deleted from the team because he/she has violated board rules, the team reserves the right to terminate/delete the account after the user potential re-registration without advance notice. The account deletion refers to the user's profile, but not to the already made posts of the respective user. These will not be deleted, whatsoever. By accepting the rules you are agreeing your posts will remain in the forum even after the deletion of your account.
  14. Clone Boxes
    The vuplus-support.org forum supports genuine Vu+ STBs only. We don't support so called Clone Boxes at our Website. Threads and inquiries regarding these boxes can be deleted or edited from our team without any further notice. Users who not behave accordingly can be blocked or suspended without further notice.
