It it is nice image, but I have problem with EPG. It's work only with few downloadable sources and my provider is not there. Never need to download content with other images and EPG worked like charm. I already asked for support in there forum, but no answer. I'm going back to VTI and I will wait them to fix this problem. So, brilliant is not exactly true.

Yes, I can confirm it too. And my Onkyo universal remote still didn't work at all. They didn't mention any changes for remotes in the drivers, maybe they don't work on it

I would like to confirm, that the problem is from A/C remote controller. If I pointed to the VU+ and press on/off button, the display goes black and the box remote stop working immediately. My air condition is Panasonic. I hope you will report this issue to VU team.

Aha, maybe this is related to the remote controller issue with the new drivers. This problem start to happen just when this problem drivers has been released. Thanks a lot, mates.

It is happened more when I watch a channel and when I try to change it, I found out that the box is irresponsible. P.P. Unfortunately, now it's happened again So, it is not the plugin. I forgot to mention, that the display of the box goes black and only the red light in the left corner is lit.

For the last 40 hours I didn't experience this problem. The only thing I did, were to disable autoresolution plugin.

No, nothing like this. VU+ is connected by cable to the Linksys router, but I didn't use it for streaming.

Is it possible to disable it from software? Without open the cover? SNR is 87% I don't have such problems with oldest images/drivers. It started with 4.x. original images or at least I think so.

Yes, I have HDD. I will disconnect it for test. The only plugin I'm using is autoresolution.

My VU+ Duo freezes from time to time. The current channel still running, but the remote control is totally irresponsible. I need to switch off the receiver and than switching on again. That happened with any new images - VTI, DE, Pli. Anyone with same issue or any suggestions?

I hope you are right. It is nightmare to train my wife to use more than one remote control.

Unfortunately, the problem is still there in version 5.0 I plan to sold my receiver. Obviously, VU team stop working on issue.
