Hi, i use with success the DiSEqC 1.2 with a Stab HH rotor, but in my case the DiSEqC 1.2 is read directly by the rotor's internal logic, in your case i suppose by an external positioner, i don't use a plugin but just the tuner setup. I tried it with a DE BH image but if you want i can try to move the rotor also with a VTI image
