I have two Vu+2 duo, the first one is equipped with a 500 GB Samsung hard disk that is afflicted by the same problem you experience meanwhile the second one with a 1000 gB samsung hard disk work fine with no problems at all. THe 500 GB is connected to a fix dish aimed to HB 13est with diseqc command disabled , the 1000 GB is connected to a motorized dish working with diseqc 1.2 commands ( no usals). Hi all, if I remember well ( unfortunately i'm getting old) years ago there was a plugin for dreamboxes that disabled the capcacity of one receiver to receive commands from the remote control so that it was possible to choiche what receiver to enable/disable to receive commands from remote control simply pressing a t key different from a receiver to another. This is what happens: below 2 GB no problems moving files to from internal HD and accessing them from PC. Over 2 GB ( just make a test with a 3 GB recording ) it is impossible to download files from Vu+ to PC due to an alleged out of memory message or an " Error 0X8007003A - server can't perform operation". I tried also with my laptop and Vista 32 ( I use taht PC for my job and I'm not very enthusiast to make tries with it ) ..anyway again the same problem..impossible to transfer files over 2 GB. Thanks for your answer. I tried different firmware based on 5.2 official image and the result was always the same. Impossible transferring files over 2 GB due to an Error 0X8007003A - server can't perform operation or insuffcient memory ( I have 8 GB RAM on my PC). Since I solved switching to old firmware it's not really a problem for me, they work fine and I'm satisfied. I have the same problem with Window 7. Someone found that Editing software like DVR studio doesn't work anymore with the last release of firmware and their unofficial manipulations?
