    • VTI crashed after zapping on Filmbox Extra HD (thor 0.8)

      hello,

I have an issue and I do not know how to handle it. I have a Vu Zero receiver with VTI 14 installed. Since yesterday when I try to zap on Filmbox Extra HD ( thor 0,8 W, freq 12.034 V) my enigma (VTI) creshes. After several tests I observed that it crashes every time subtitle is activated on this channel. I can not explain why? I have also crashed log.

As a final action, i will try to dump a bit of code.
I just hope that this won't crash.

Do you have any ideas? Is anybody that can test also this channel?

      thank you
    • I suspect that the problem is related to the subtitle format. This subtitle may be sent in a format that the boxes (or image) cannot handle. I had read that in the USA the subtitles have to be broadcast in a format that all end devices have to decode. As in other countries outside of Europe, I'm overwhelmed.
