Ultimo 4k starting image

Hi . I have problem with my stb .A try install image from usb ,process all complet but vu plus starting show splash in lcd and that all.
Pleas help.
I must use rj12 cabel ? vu+ util ?
wher from download image nfi ?

There's no nfi available, you must install via usb.

What happens when you press the menu key?

There's no way to install over network, NFI or serial cable.
You must install using an USB stick.

The usual problems are:

wrong filesystem type used on the USB stick
wrong image file downloaded (eg. Ultimo vs. Ultimo 4k)
wrong directory structure on the USB stick

Now I am try this image but also same problem .All install complete after install automatic reboot show lcd panel splash vti and tv also vti tath all .

When you try to flash the image from the USB stick, do you see the message "press power button" and "flashing" on the LCD display?

After reboot is finished and the VTI start screen is displayed on the TV, can you open the menu?

Yes. Everything is as it was before, as it was good. Only now after the installation process vu plus starts, shows the logo on the lcd and on the tv and still does not load
