      Hello Sicilian,

      the new hardware is prepared for deep stanby recording feature.
      To use this you have to wait for new image.

      I wonder if a hardware upgrade will be offered to existing owners. Anyone got any firm information on this?

    • This information were posted more ofetn here, even in english sexction. An Upgrade is announced, but there is no date oder price for delivery. (It' ssems it will be an upgrade free of charge)

      Has this information come from VU+ direct? Or is it just hearsay or come from another forums?

    • Yes, but I contact benelux distributor and they said me, we will send that hard fix/kit just for our customers !
      That is not solution for all of us which bought box all around Europe.
      We need official position from VU for this,will they send hardware kit for all their distributors and resellers,or not ?! Because selective approach, as in the case of Benelux distributor, would not be fair to the thousands of us who have bought VW + duo!

    • Currently there is no official statement from vu.

      In other countries the upgrade will be provided by the local dealer or correspondenting Distributor. So plz. wait until official Infos are provided.
