Reception Problems with Solo and VTI 1.1

isn't that the same bug in enigma2 i reported some time ago
concerning a newly flashed image which would not store the tuner settings
i worked around by
installing image
setting up + tuner conf
no zapping so far
restart stb
redo tuner configuration
restart stb

Just make this as you say but still nothink m8
Same as before with vti image and 4.6

here are two SS from my box
just see the down wright corner that saws the tuner
on 1st case says tuner A and nothink and on 2nd dont see any tuner lights

hmm, looks awefull
cann you shutdown disconnect coax and connect to a friends dish-installation?
connecting and disconnecting coax without power to the box (with power can distroy tuner)

maybe that is your only remaining test to see whether you've got dish/lnb issue

there is no way that my dish/lnb fail cause i have 8 boxes connected to curent dish/lnb and all works fine with no problems
i even take it home(im at work now on my sat magazine cause im a jurnalist)with the same result there too.
I think somethinks wrong on tuner drivers imo

didn't know you're specs regarding dish and situation (sorry)
have you tried a en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dmesg in telnet...
which 'might show' an issue to the knowledgeable programmers ? or even us users?

Same here, re-flashed. Still can only tune to certain channels. Using same settings/bouquets saved from my Duo.

Then you should now test linked V4.9 image above.

is there already a new one?

what is the readme.txt because of version changes and bugfixes?

No special readme. In common reamde is same for solo and duo images. In the readme has always been mentioned if a change was especially for one of the two modell types.

Scope34 provided an Driver Update Package from new VUplus drivers for Solo V0.1 Image

HERE

put via FTP onto Box and install via VTI Panel.

This will fix the reception issues.

Hi ...i,m having the very same faults as the above posts ...but on my VU + Duo !!! .. is there a fix , older firmware or updated image ? .

You can try VTI 1.0 an 1.3. In these images the drivers differ and affect reception. For further questions plz open an own thread for vu+ duo.

i have settings issue
i try to download settings from vti panel and than no signal at all
i had to make factory default settings and use the default list.
Than i try to send my own settings from my duo but same problem again
How we can make settings work?
I think that only with default list works

Have you done a channelscan afterwards?

No but i will try it again and after the upload i will make channel search
