      Hello
      I have a sound problem with my new Vu+Zero...
      Sometime, I am watching a channel, and after some time the sound disappear, the image is ok, but with no sound...
      Other time, when I zap on a channel (syfy for example), there is no sound, to fix it I need to zap on another channel, then zap again to syfy to have the sound...
      This is very problematic, because some time when I program a recording, and I am doing other thing, I found the movie recorded without sound...
      Any help please ?

      Can you tell us a bit more about your setup?
      What TV are you using?
      AVR in between?
      What Encryption card? CI module?
      I am assuming, you are on VTI 9.0.2? What add-on modules / extensions have you loaded?
      What satellite (if any) are you using?
      Can you post screenshots of your tuner settings?
      Appears the problem only on specific channels, or is it random?
      You say "your new Zero", so I am assuming the problem was always there, it never worked properly?
