It is absolutely a false positive alert!

This incorrect detection was reported to Microsoft. They checked the file and found it just SAFE, NO malware detected

You might whitelist the file, submit it yourself to Microsoft or wait for Windows Defender database updates.

@samsung01 This issue will be resolved in the next update soon!

@Flashl EC already uses WebIF commands to reload channels and bouquets. However, pure web implementation is intersecting if possible. I will have a look!

When you import extended M3U, simply add your own EPG provider and E-Channelizer will automatically assign EPG for all the imported IPTV channels at once.

You can also assign DVB EPG (satellites/cable) or XMLTV EPG yourself to all your channels or bouquets in few seconds. Here's a quick tutorial.

1. Select your channels or bouquets, right-click and select EPG > Assign .
2. Select your preferred EPG sources; DVB or XMLTV. Rytec and KodiTV EPG are supported out of the box, you can also add your own custom provider.
3. E-Channelizer will find and assign the best EPG available. You can still select other matches or search for alternatives.
4. When you finish, write back everything to your box including EPG sources.

Then use the ImportEPG plugin to import EPG from the sources created by E-Channelizer. Make sure you disable "Load EPG only services in bouquets" option.

1. Open the plugin on your box.
2. Press the Blue button on remote, tick EPG source (OK) and press Save (Green).
3. Press Yellow to manually import EPG.
4. Wait a few seconds while loading EPG events.

Finally, schedule the ImportEPG plugin to import EPG automatically daily.

You can refresh manually by simply clicking and selecting Picon> Refresh. However, picons should refresh automatically. How did you change the reference?

It should be fine whatever the stream type. Make sure to select the EPG sources created by E-Channelizer when transferring the channels back to your box, and also in the import EPG plugin.

You can remove all N/A favorites at once upon loading your channels list using E-Channelizer.

Sorry to hear you have issues using E-Channelizer! There are many tutorials on the website and youtube (maybe out of the way). However, it should be easy to create a profile for your box and manage the channels and bouquets there. Then, simply write them back to your box or save it on your PC. DONE!

E-Channelizer is still mostly free, so here's a bunch of free features available there. The free edition still offers more than any other similar app there!

Would you suggest using E-Channelizer (or other alternative) if he has trouble with DBE? I do not think so!

You can still use the simple M3U format without the extended information (ID, logo, etc) and import it like V4.
Select group All Channels option and select your bouquet fromthe list. Then skip next pages of Logos and EPG.

Go to Streams menu and select Import M3U. You will get many useful options there.

This issue is resolved in the last update of E-Channelizer, in addition to many improvements and other fixes!
